Ms. Beasley serves as Executive Director, Resource Delivery and Support Services for Newberry Group. She is responsible for managing Newberry’s Resource Delivery, Human Resources, and Marketing/Communications teams to support our clients and employees in all locations. Her customer focused responsibilities include operational control of Newberry’s multi-dimensional recruiting disciplines, resulting in the fulfillment of full life-cycle requirements of Information Technology, to support our clients, and supply them with top talent to help them achieve their strategic objectives. She also is a member of The Newberry Group’s Executive Board, which is responsible for the strategic direction of the company.

Ms. Beasley has over 20 years of professional experience and has managed teams in a variety of corporate environments. Her experience includes strategic planning and executive level management of multiple teams across the U.S. as well as managing international staff of recruiting and administrative teams in both technical and non-technical environments.

Ms. Beasley is well versed in both Information Technology and engineering disciplines. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Lindenwood University, a B.S. Degree in Management along with an Associate Degree in Computer Aided Drafting Technology.
